We're the Incredibots, a bunch of middle & elementary schoolers who love robotics and basketball. We wanted to do something cool – make basketball fun for everyone, even for friends who can't see well. That's how we started SonicDunk.

The Challenge

Imagine trying to practice basketball, but you can't see the hoop. That’s tough, right? That's what some people face every day. We wanted to change that. We thought, "What if we could make a basketball game that everyone could play, no matter how well they can see?"

Our Solution - Sonic Dunk

So, here’s what we made in SonicDunk:

• The Talking Hoop: It’s a hoop that makes sounds. It helps you hear where the hoop is and when you throw the ball, it tells if the ball was too high or too low.
• A Special Floor Mat: It's a mat you put on the ground that feels different in different places. It helps players know where they are on the court.
• A Chirpy Basketball: Our basketball makes noises, so you can follow it by just listening.
• A Buzzing Belt: This cool belt buzzes to tell you which way to face to shoot the hoop.
